Footballer Gurpreet Singh Sandhu extends contract with Puma India for 4 years
The extended deal with PUMA will see the goalkeeper continue as one of the top faces of PUMA football in India
Footballer Gurpreet Singh Sandhu has extended his contract with sports brand PUMA India for another four years. This deal makes him the first Indian football player to sign and stay with the same brand for almost seven years.
Gurpreet, who captained Bengaluru Football Club, was the season's best goalkeeper, which saw the team end up as runners-up in the Indian Super League. The extended deal with PUMA will see the goalkeeper continue as one of the top faces of PUMA football in India.
Talking about the same Gurpreet Singh Sandhu said, “I am happy that the association with PUMA has continued. They have been a great support not just for me but also for the entire sporting community. I hope our partnership inspires the younger generation to take up the sport.”
