Shailendra Singh to continue being a passive shareholder in Percept; joint decision taken by brothers after involving family members

Shailendra Singh and his brother Harindra Singh, with the assistance of their family elders and members, have jointly executed a family settlement and arrangement with regard to the business of Percept Group Companies and its properties.
Under this new arrangement, Shailendra Singh will continue to be a passive shareholder in Percept but will not be involved in the management of the Percept Group. His last designation was that of Joint MD of Percept Limited.
Harindra Singh, Chairman and MD, will now be responsible for solely managing the operations of the Percept Group.
