MAX Fashion Brings Back the 4th Edition of Max Design Awards

International fashion brand, MAX Fashion recently launched MAX Design Awards 2017-18. After receiving tremendous response from across, over the last three years, MAX is geared up for its fourth edition to provide a platform for fashion designing students to unleash their creativity and connect with the world of fashion. The contest which was made open in the first week of December 2017, closed entries in January first week and within a month, it received amazing response with over 1200 entries pan India.

This year, Pre-Final and Final Year students from Fashion Designing institutes of India were asked to submit their designs based on theme ‘Craftivism’. The esteemed panel of jury including - Fashion Designers Rina Dhaka, Ashish Soni and Rahul Mishra along with Executive Director, Max Fashion, Vasanth Kumar, Vice President Design, Max Fashion Ms. Kamakshi Kaul and Project Head, Marc Robinson.

Speaking on the occasion Jiten Mahendra, Vice President, Max Fashion said, “At Max Fashion, our aim is to democratize fashion with various IPR’s which bring Designers, Models, Fashion Influencers, Prosumers & Consumers together to build a strong fashion Eco system. Max Design Awards is a Platform to facilitate the new aspiring fashion designers, to meet the industry Stalwards and get an opportunity to get a sneak preview of how fashion industry works. We are thankful to all fashion institutions for their enthusiastic response and look forward to have another successful year of Max Design Awards."

When asked as to how important is experiential marketing for Max Fashion, Mahendra said, "We at MAX Fashions heavily use IPR’s as an effective marketing medium. Our properties like MAX Designs, MAX Emerging Star, and MAX Elite Model Hunt are aimed at creating and interacting with relevant fashion communities. These can also be termed as our outreach programs. Furthermore, we are doing a lot of curated collections, collaborating with fashion bloggers and influencers and on-ground brand activations. Our marketing budget is a variable percentage which is usually around 3-3.5% of our revenue. We have packed the year with INR 3000 Cr revenue this year."

Talking about Max Fashions Marketing Strategies, Mahendra said "Our marketing strategies are aimed towards to create a balanced ecosystem where we use multiple marketing channels like on-ground, in-store, digital, outdoor and TV and BTL to deliver our brand ethos effectively"
