New Consolidated Construction Company Limited (NCCCL) has secured new construction orders worth approximately Rs. 870 crore, strengthening its presence across residential, logistics and urban redevelopment projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

The mandates, awarded by Lodha Group and Welspun One Logistics Parks, cover more than 34 lakh sq. ft. of development and include a mix of large-scale residential projects, logistics infrastructure and redevelopment assignments. The orders were received in May 2026 and underscore NCCCL’s growing role in executing complex urban infrastructure projects.

Among the most significant wins is NCCCL’s appointment to construct India’s first vertical warehouse for Welspun One Logistics Parks at the JNPA Special Economic Zone in Navi Mumbai. Located within one of the country’s most important port-linked logistics hubs, the project is expected to mark a major milestone in the evolution of India's warehousing sector.

The development will comprise two large-format warehouse blocks spanning approximately 18.15 lakh sq. ft. NCCCL’s scope includes core and shell construction, finishing works and external infrastructure development, including apron areas. As logistics operators increasingly seek efficient land utilisation in urban centres, vertical warehousing is emerging as a key solution for future-ready supply chains.

The company has also secured one of its largest redevelopment assignments to date through the turnkey construction of the ACME Hills SRA Project in Goregaon East for Lodha Group. Spread across nearly 14.81 lakh sq. ft., the project combines rehabilitation housing, premium residential towers and supporting infrastructure under a single development framework.

The redevelopment includes rehabilitation towers for eligible residents, premium residential towers for open-market sale and a multi-level car park. NCCCL will be responsible for the complete delivery cycle, from design coordination and civil execution to final project completion.

In another mandate from Lodha Group, NCCCL has been awarded the construction of the Opulis Clubhouse at Lodha Premier Township in Dombivli. Spanning approximately 1.46 lakh sq. ft., the facility is being developed as a lifestyle and community hub for residents and will include core and shell construction works across multiple levels.

The latest project wins come at a time when NCCCL is strengthening its focus on technology-led project delivery. Earlier this month, the company entered into a three-year strategic partnership with Nemetschek Group to accelerate the adoption of Building Information Modelling (BIM), artificial intelligence-driven workflows and digital construction technologies across its portfolio.

The partnership is expected to enhance project planning, design validation, transparency and operational efficiency across sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality and data centres.
