RIL Q3 net profit up 11%
Total revenue of Reliance Industries for the quarter stands at Rs 2,48,160 crore
Reliance Industries has reported a revenue jump of 3.2 per cent in the third quarter of FY2024, compared to the same period last fiscal.
According to RIL’s financial report, the company’s consolidated net profit has increased by 10.9% from Rs 17,706 crore in Q3 FY23 to Rs 19,641 crore in Q3 FY24.
The total revenue of the company for the quarter stood at Rs 2,48,160 crore.
Meanwhile, the total revenue of all Jio platforms for the quarter was recorded at Rs 32,510 crore, up from Rs 29,195 crore in Q3 FY23.
RIL’s EBITDA for Q3 FY24 stood at Rs 44.678 crore, up by 16.7 per cent compared to the same period in FY23. The finance cost of the company has also increased 11.3 per cent from Rs 5,201 crore in Q3 FY23 to Rs 5,789 crore in Q3 FY24.
The company also informed BSE about the appointment of Haigreve Khaitan as an additional director designated as an independent director from April 1, 2024.
“Adil Zainulbhai, independent director of the Company, will be completing his second term on March 31, 2024. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting…. on the recommendation of the Human Resources, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, considered and approved the appointment of Haigreve Khaitan as an additional director designated as an independent director w.e.f. April 1, 2024,” the company said.
