Riyaz Khambati leaves Percept; joins Exhicon as COO- Revenue & Operations
He will lead the charge of spearheading the operations, production, logistics and resource management of the company.
Messe Global-Exhicon Group has announced the appointment of Mr. Riyaz Khambati as the new COO, Chief Operating Officer (COO) Revenue & operations of Messe Global, Exhicon Group. He has vast experience of handling more than one thousand events of all genres across destinations overseas including, Vienna, London, Macau, Dubai, Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya and Bali.
He has worked in multiple roles across the event management portfolios and encompasses professional expertise across all the elements of the MICE industry, ranging from travel, accommodation, ground transport, conference management, gala nights and innovative collaterals.
Also, he was responsible for handling large teams and juggled diverse responsibilities including client servicing, operations, Logistics, Vendor Management, Revenue Management, Training, production, film based content and production of live webcasting. Before joining the Exhicon Group he was associated with the Percept Group as Business Head – Tyger Production.
He will lead the charge of spearheading the operations, production, logistics and resource management of the company. He will also oversee the additional portfolio of handling the launch of Messe Global – Laxmi Lawns Pune, a multipurpose event venue launching in April 2018.
