Nestle India has announced Suresh Narayanan, Managing Director of the Company, will be given the additional responsibility as Chairman of the company. Nestle India has informed BSE of the same following the Company’s Board of Directors meeting held on October 29, 2015.
Narayanan has extensive, senior management experience, both in India as well as in international markets. He was Chairman and CEO of Nestle Philippines before taking charge as the Managing Director of Nestle India, effective August 01, 2015, in the wake of the Maggie Noodles fiasco.
Antonio Helio Waszyk retired as the Chairman of the Company effective October 01, 2015.
