Vertebrand commences Chennai ops; appoints Rinku Mechery as head

Vertebrand, a turnkey business consultant, has expanded its turf and now has its presence in Chennai. It has roped in Rinku Mechery as the head, who will be overseeing the operations in Chennai. Mechery brings in over 15 years of experience in communications and planning. She would be looking at business development opportunity for Vertebrand.

Raghu B Biswanath, Managing Director, Vertebrand, said, “For Vertebrand, when we decide to have a branch in a city, its not about having a physical presence there but more to do with the domain expertise that a person brings. We do not work like branch offices but more with the qualification of our people who provide their expert knowledge of a domain to our clients across.”

Vertebrand which has headquarter in Bangalore, last year expanded its presence and opened office in Gurgaon. It had also strengthened its people force by adding resources both in Gurgaon and Mumbai.
