Rajeev Jalnapurkar, Director- IAAPI & Former Director - Ramoji Film City, took to social media to share his tributes for Ramoji Rao, the founder of ETV and Ramoji Film City, who passed away early on Saturday.

Media baron and founder of Ramoji Film City, Ramoji Rao, passed away on Saturday at the age of 87. He was hospitalised on June 5 and was undergoing treatment, as per media reports.
Rao was the founder of Eenadu Newspaper and ETV Network. He was also a prominent figure in Telugu politics.
Ramoji Rao was honoured with the Padma Vibhushan in 2016.
He was also a filmmaker with several hits under his belt.
