CCI nod for NBC Universal Media acquiring stake in BTS Investment 1 and BTS VCC
NBC Universal will be buying shareholding in Uday Shankar and James Murdoch's BTS Investment and BTS VCC
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has given its clearance to NBC Universal Media for acquiring a stake in BTS Investment 1 and Bodhi Tree Systems (BTS) VCC, media agencies have reported.
NBC Universal will be buying shareholding in Uday Shankar and James Murdoch's BTS Investment and BTS VCC.
As per media reports, a portion of the investment proceeds will be further invested in Viacom18.
Reliance and Viacom18 announced a strategic partnership with Bodhi Tree Systems in April 2022.
