Nisaba Godrej has stepped down as an independent director of VIP Industries, media networks have reported.
Nisaba Godrej is the Executive Chairperson of Godrej Consumer Products.
According to media reports, as per the Family Settlement Agreement the decision was "to preserve mutual respect, goodwill, amity and harmony".
Nisaba has been with Godrej Consumer for the last 24 years.
