The Board of Directors of the company has approved in-principle, the reappointment of Punit Goenka as Managing Director & CEO of ZEEL, for a further period of 5 years.
The reappointment will come into effect from January 1, 2020, upon conclusion of his current term ending December 31, 2019.
The said re-appointment shall be subject to approval of the equity shareholders, which will be sought by way of Postal Ballot.
