Reliance Industries’s Network18 Media & Investments Limited has issued a statement saying that the news story about Mukesh Ambani being in talks with Bennett Coleman & Co. (Times Group) to sell his news media assets to the Times Group was false.
Media reports on Thursday had quoted people in the know as saying that the talks were in its early stages.
Reports had also mentioned about the process of due diligence was being considered.
