ZEEL stake sale at an advanced stage: Essel Group

The Essel Group, as per media reports, has confirmed that the Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) has reached an advanced stage.
In a news report, the Group was quoted as saying: “The stake sale process of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd undertaken by Essel Group, is in steady progress and at an advanced stage."
Last November, ZEEL had said that its promoters were selling up to 50 per cent of their equity stake to a global strategic partner.
