Delhi HC sanctions Cyber Media’s ‘Scheme of Amalgamation’
Delhi High Court has sanctioned the scheme of arrangement for amalgamation of CyberMedia India Online Ltd, Cyber Media Digital Ltd, Cyber Media Events Ltd, and Cyber Holding Ltd with CyberMedia (India) Ltd.

Cyber Media India Ltd, in an statement to Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 4, 2011, has informed that the Delhi High Court has sanctioned the scheme of arrangement for amalgamation of CyberMedia India Online Ltd, Cyber Media Digital Ltd, Cyber Media Events Ltd, and Cyber Holding Ltd with CyberMedia (India) Ltd with effect from April 1, 2009, vide its order dated March 30, 2011.
CyberMedia’s shares are listed on the BSE as well as on the NSE. CyberMedia is the specialty media house and a magazine publisher. The group’s media business includes 15 publications, including Dataquest, PCQuest, Voice&Data, BioSpectrum (India & Asia), Living Digital, Global Services, DQ Channels, DQ Week (Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai and Kolkata), Voice&Data Connect, DARE and Hallsbury’s Law.
The group has 12 websites led by www.ciol.com. CyberMedia Events, conducts over 100 events every year. It produces two knowledge based weekly TV programmes and claims to reach out to a community of over 1.5 million people.
