Vivek Pareek has stepped down as editor of Maxim confirm industry sources, his next destination is not known at the moment. Pareek has been with Maxim in his current role as editor since October 2009, though he has been Media Transasia since 2010. Pareek ‘s educational journey includes a publishing course from Stanford University, and a Bachelors in Commerce from Sri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
Maxim was launched in India in 2005,( published under license by Media Transasia in India) and is the Indian edition of the UK based monthly magazine. It is said to be one of the first international Men’s magazines to enter India.
