Radio City has joined hands with some international Hindi radio stations to usher in the New Year with 18 hours of non-stop on-air programming during which the FM station will have its RJs chatting with their counterparts from the other stations.

On New Year’s Eve listeners of Radio City can connect with Indians across the world as the FM channel has tied up with some international Hindi radio stations. Radio City will have its RJs chatting with their counterparts from the other stations, and also allow listeners to connect with them for 18 hours of non-stop on-air programming.

The channel intends to act as a bridge between Indians across the world and exchange greetings, share New Year plans and resolutions with their loved ones and friends, thus making the global-local connect. For this, the FM channel has tied up with Radio Tarana (New Zealand), Sunrise Radio (London), Hum FM (Dubai) and Radio Teen Taal (Paris).

Rana Barua, Head of Marketing, Radio City, said, “We have always been innovative in our approach and in keeping with this tradition we wanted to end the year with a bang. We at Radio City have always believed that music is the universal language and hence, waned to provide an opportunity to Indians all over the world to connect through music.”

Radio City is also giving out select passes for the A R Rehman and Nelly Furtado, which will be held at the Andheri Sports Complex in Mumbai on December 31.
