The High Court, according to media reports, has also asked Centre to consider postponing stage III of FM radio auctions and inform it by tomorrow. RED FM, which has been denied participating in the Phase III auctions, wants the auctions to be postponed till its situation is resolved.

The Phase III auctions have been tentatively scheduled for July 27, 2015, according to the MIB.
A statement from RED FM had not been received at the time of publishing of this article.
