Adani Enterprises Limited has announced that it has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary AMG Media Networks. The entity will have an initial authorised and paid-up share capital of Rs 1,00,000 each. The company was constituted on April 26.
The company will carry on the business of media related activities, including
publishing, advertising, broadcasting, distributing etc. of content over different
types of media networks, the Adani group said in a statement.
AMG Media Networks Limited will commence its business operations in due course.
