Alok Agarwal has exited the Network18 as Group COO. He joined the organisation in July last year after his stint with Zee Media as CEO.
“Alok joined us in July 2014 during the management transition. He played a key role in building the leadership pipeline as well as implementing ERP (SAP) to improve our processes. His focus on optimising costs has improved the overall health of the company,” said Adil Zainulbhai Chairman, Network 18, in an internal email to the Group yesterday.
Prior to his role as CEO, Zee Media, Agrawal was at Cheil as COO – SW Asia.
An IIT Kanpur (Aeronautical Engineering) and IIM Bangalore alumnus, Agarwal leverages two decades of rich experience in the communications industry.
