e4m NewsNext Summit 2023: Shaping the Future of TV News

The exchange4media’s annual media summit, known as the e4m NewsNext Summit, is back with its 14th edition. The summit will be held today (December 13) in New Delhi. 

One of the most anticipated gatherings of the media and news broadcasting fraternity, the summit will bring together industry stalwarts, renowned broadcasters, editors and senior journalists under one roof for a day of insightful sessions.

The agenda of the e4m NewsNext summit features a stellar line-up of speakers from News TV, media industry, advertisers, brand marketers, academicians, and global media leaders to decode the growth and future of TV news. The conference aims to unite leaders from the news and broadcast industry to introspect, engage in constructive dialogue, and explore solutions to the challenges facing News TV in today’s era.

The summit will feature fireside chats, keynote sessions and panel discussions focused on the evolving news ecosystem, editorial leadership, digital disruption and the future of journalism.

The speakers are set to share insights on a wide range of topics, including how journalism is changing in the age of AI, the growth and future of journalism in India, challenges & opportunities of covering various types of news for a diverse society, tricks and strategies to bridge the trust gap and more.

With participation from some of the most influential voices in the industry, the e4m NewsNext Summit aims to drive dialogues, exchange of ideas and perspectives on shaping credible and responsible news media in a rapidly changing landscape.

Following the summit, the winners of the 17th edition of e4m News Broadcasting Awards (ENBA) will be announced in the presence of dignitaries from the media world. The awards are hailed as the country’s foremost News TV Awards as it honours excellence in television news coverage across India, with a specific focus on recognising exceptional broadcasters and influential figures in the industry. The awards will be given in several categories, including Best News Channel of the Year Hindi & English, Best CEO of the Year, Best Editor-in-Chief & Best Anchors and more.

Since its inception in 2008, ENBA has served as a platform to celebrate individuals and organisations that have played a significant role in shaping the television broadcasting landscape in the country. Through thorough assessment, the awards acknowledge the contributions of individual broadcasters and also highlight the collective efforts of teams dedicated to delivering information.
