Koel Purie Rinchet steps down as Whole Time Director, TV Today
Rinchet will continue to host the talk show ‘On the Couch with Koel’. In addition, she will also take up a new role as Non-Executive Director on the board of the company
There have been a series of changes among India Today’s senior management after the launch of India Today Television. Previously, Kalli Purie was designated as Group Editorial Director. Now, Koel Puri Rinchet steps down from her role as Whole Time Director, TV Today Network.
Rinchet will however be seen in a new role as Non Executive Director on the board of the company. Informing BSE of this development, a representative of TV Today Network said, “Koel Purie Rinchet, Whole Time Director has tendered her resignation and will continue as Non-Executive Director on the board of the company.”
Purie has been associated with India Today for a long time and hosts a talk show, ‘On the Couch with Koel’ in which she interviews famous personalities from the entertainment sector.
