The SLP filed by IBF was listed before Court No. 3, the Hon’ble Supreme Court, comprising Hon’ble Justice JS Khehar and Hon’ble Justice C. Nagappan today, i.e., 19.02.2016.
AM Singhvi, Sr. counsel represented IBF in the hearing. The Hon’ble Supreme Court was of the view that a clear reading of the order of the Hon’ble Bombay High Court dated 04.01.2016, demonstrated that there was no stay granted in relation to implementation of DAS Phase III in the State of Maharashtra or even all over the Country through this order itself. Accordingly, the Hon’ble Court permitted IBF to withdraw the said SLP since there was nothing to impugn in the Bombay High Court dated 04.01.2016.
