NTO 2.0: Bombay HC will now hold next hearing in September

The Bombay High Court will now hear the case related to New Tariff Order (NTO) 2.0 in the first week of September. The court was earlier scheduled to hear the matter and pronounce the verdict on August 24.
Highly placed sources informed exchange4media that the matter will be heard on Septembr 2-3, and if further hearing is needed, it could be listed on September 6-7 . According to the sources, the court has asked the petitioners to submit further documents, if they want to, by August 31 .
The court also said that till its order, TRAI cannot take any coreicive action against broadcasters.
The case pertains to a petition filed by broadcasters against TRAI's decision to implement NTO 2.0.
