TV18 Broadcast Limited has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today appointed Adil Zainulbhai, Non-Executive Independent Director, as its Chairman in place of  Manoj Mohanka as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Manoj Mohanka will continue as Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company. This was filed to the Exchanges.
