Before he took over the reins of The Walt Disney Company (APAC), Shankar was the president of 21st Century Fox for Asia and the Chairman & CEO of Star India. In 2007, helmed Star India and transformed it into one of the most successful media companies in Asia. His contributions have revolutionized the Indian media landscape.
