Zee Media announces salary increments
About 85 percent of the employees of Zee Media have been given an increment in salary, ranging from 5 to 15 percent
Amidst reports of economic challenges and cost cutting, Zee Media has announced increments for its employees. e4m has learnt that the increment will be effective from April 2024. The increased salary is expected to come from next month, along with the arrears.
It is being said that about 85 percent of the employees of Zee Media have been given an increment in salary, ranging from 5 to 15 percent.
e4m has learnt that at present, increments have been announced for employees with lower salaries. In this round of increment, focus has been given on IC i.e. individual contributor.
Both, the employees who are being given increments as well as those who are not at present, have been informed about it by the company management.
