Zee Sports signs distribution deal with leading MSOs of South India for ICL

Following the success of the Essel Group-promoted Indian Cricket League (ICL), leading multi-system operators (MSO) of South India – Sun Cable Vision and Polimer – have signed a deal with Zee Turner to telecast Zee Sports in all the TAM cities such as Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Tripur Tirunelveli, Salem, Kanchipram and Thiruvannamallai.

Following the success of the Essel Group-promoted Indian Cricket League (ICL), leading multi-system operators (MSO) – Sun Cable Vision and Polimer – have signed a deal with Zee Turner to telecast Zee Sports in all the TAM cities such as Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Tripur Tirunelveli, Salem, Kanchipram and Thiruvannamallai.

The ICL matches are also being beamed in the UK, European countries, South Africa, the US, the Caribbean Islands, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. The highlights of the matches are also available on Sify.com. "Some of the leading international distribution platforms like Astro PPV, Derana, Gateway and Zee Network are distribution partners for ICL," said Ashish Kaul, Executive Vice President, Essel Group.

Kaul added that a host of state-of-the-art features had been introduced for viewers watching the League matches on Dish TV.
