Laikar has over 15 years’s experience in the recruitment space. Prior to joining Ikya, he was with ABC Consultants as Executive Director. He had earlier worked with Philips India, where he started his began his career in sales, followed by a career in recruitment practices with Personnel Search Services and Datamatics Staffing Services. In his new role, Laikar would be responsible for leading the business to become a market leading player in the search and recruitment space. For Ikya, his appointment represents a logical extension of building on the first round of equity capital raised earlier.
