Youth-centric GEC channel SAB has announced the appointment of Anuj Kapoor as its new Business Head. The announcement follows the exit of Vikas Bahl, who is currently heading UTV’s second brand ‘Spotboy Motion Pictures’ as EVP. Kapoor will assume the new role on June 11.
At the time of filing the story, senior official at Sony confirmed the joining of Kapoor. However, no further comments on this regard were divulged.
Prior to this appointment, Kapoor operated with CNBC’s tele-shopping network Shop 18 as Creative Director.
