Aparna Sanyal has been appointed as the Managing Trustee of IAWRT - International Association of Women in Radio and Television (Chapter India).

She will be leading the expansion of the network and programming for the 20th edition of the Asian Women's Film Festival.

While in this role, Aparna Sanyal will continue her work with the Read Door.

Prior to this, she was Executive Director at Doc_Commune.
