Ashish Sehgal is expected to join Times TV Network as CEO. His appointment comes at a crucial time for the network, which has been navigating a period of uncertainty and constrained investments over the past 12-18 months.
Sehgal will also take on the additional charge of Chief Growth Officer for the media and entertainment businesses under Vineet Jain’s Times TV Network portfolio.
In August 2025, Varun Kohli moved out after a 13-month stint as Chief Operating Officer of Times Network. Since then, Rohit Gopakumar has been serving as the interim CEO. Sehgal’s arrival is expected to restore clarity and leadership, and Rohit is likely to revert to his original responsibilities.
