Zoom India has announced the appointment of Bala Iyengar as Business Head of Zoom Entertainment Network (ZEN). Iyengar takes on the mantle from MK Anand, erstwhile Business Head of the channel. He has till now been General Manager - Revenue at Zoom TV for over the last several years. He took charge from December 1, 2009. Iyengar began his career in the Ad Sales Department of Times Response, Bombay Times Team, in year 1997. He then moved on to Ad Sales in Sony Entertainment and headed the Bangalore office of Star Movies and Star World. He shifted base in Mumbai as Account Director with MTV and went on to become the Regional Head West for Zoom in 2005.
