DNA’s Roving Editor, Khalid Mohammad, has decided to move on from the organisation. Mohammad has been with the organisation ever since its inception and was one of the first editors to be taken on the editorial board. He will be with the organisation till the end of the month, following which, he would move to Hindustan Times.

Confirming the development, DNA’s Editor, Gautam Adhikari, said that that a replacement hadn’t been decided on yet. He said, “We just might put someone internally in charge, but we still have to take a final call on that.” In his role, Mohammad was looking after films coverage. For the publication, this panned from films coverage in the main paper to the supplement Glory and the Limelight section in the Sunday paper.

Even though it has been confirmed that Mohammad is moving to Hindustan Times and in a national role, other details regarding his designation and profile weren’t available at the time of filing the report.
