Reliance ADAG has confirmed the appointment of Filmy’s Business Head, Ashutosh, as Business Head for Reliance Entertainment. Sources close to the development informed that in his new role, Ashutosh would look after the business of the company’s forthcoming movie channel.

Reliance ADAG has confirmed the appointment of Filmy’s Business Head, Ashutosh, as Business Head for Reliance Entertainment. Sources close to the development informed that in his new role, Ashutosh would look after the business of the company’s forthcoming movie channel in context with the DTH and movie rental business.
Prior to Filmy, Ashutosh had served as Business Head at ETC. He has spent eight years across a broad spectrum of media assignments.
Through Adlabs, ADAG has a presence in multiplex, film processing, production and distribution business. The company has also stepped into TV content production and has bought out majority stake in Siddharth and Anita Basu's production house Synergy Communications.
