Hitesh Sabharwal joins BAG Films as Distribution Head
BAG Films & Media Ltd has appointed Hitesh Sabharwal as Executive Vice President- Distribution, for its broadcasting arm. As distribution head, Sabharwal will be responsible for distribution of all the television channels of the company, which are slated for launch soon.
BAG Films & Media Ltd has appointed Hitesh Sabharwal as Executive Vice President- Distribution, for its broadcasting arm. As distribution head, Sabharwal will be responsible for distribution of all the television channels of the company, which are slated for launch soon.
Commenting on Sabharwal’s appointment, Anurradha Prasad, Managing Director, BAG Films, said, “We welcome Sabharwal to our company and are confident that his vast experience in the field of media and entertainment would add to the growth of the company.”
Sabharwal has over 16 years’ experience in sales, marketing and distribution in national as well as international markets. Prior to joining BAG Films, he was with Videocon’s DTH venture as Head of Distribution and Content. He has also worked with Nimbus Sports Broadcast Ltd, The Times of India Group, Sony Entertainment Television and Zee Telefilms in various positions.
