Jio Financial Services Limited has appointed Venkata Peri as its Group Chief Operating Officer (COO), according to regulatory filings. Peri’s appointment was approved by the company’s Board of Directors, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and will be effective December 22, 2025.
Peri brings over 25 years of experience in finance, combined with a strong technology background and extensive US work experience. Over the course of his career, he has worked with global firms including IBM, Deloitte and PwC.
He has launched multiple CFO and Chief Risk Officer (CRO) advisory service offerings, and worked extensively with Boards, CEOs, CFOs and CROs globally.
Peri has provided extensive C-suite/Board level advisory on technology and analytics to CEOs to deliver precise, actionable insights and driving enterprise level finance and risk transformational mandates of banking and insurance companies globally to improve operational efficiency with advanced analytics.
