Mainak Dhar has been appointed as McCain India’s Managing Director.
Most recently, Mainak Dhar was the Founder of ‘Mentoring by Mainak’, a platform that provided mentoring resources including an AI Mentor, combining the power of AI with Dhar’s insights and experiences, pulling from his books, articles, posts, interviews, and responses to common questions to provide a personal mentor, available to everyone.
Soft-launched in January 2024, mentoring by Mainak has already provided mentoring to over 1000 people from over 30 countries.
Dhar's previous stints have also been with Kimberly Clark, P&G and General Mills.
He has spent 26+ years across industries.
A certified Life Coach, Dhar is passionate about coaching and mentoring. He is also a bestselling author, with his books translated into multiple languages, and selling close to half a million copies.
