MTV’s Vijay Subramaniam set to join Walt Disney India as National Sales Head
After Sanjay Reddy’s decision to move on from Walt Disney Television India as National Sales Head in October 2006, the media major has finally zeroed in on MTV’s Vijay Subramaniam to handle the portfolio.
After Sanjay Reddy’s decision to move on from Walt Disney Television India as National Sales Head in October 2006, the media major has finally decided on a new man to fill the gap. It is reliably learnt that Disney has zeroed on MTV’s Vijay Subramaniam to be its National Sales Head. Subramaniam will report to Walt Disney’s Managing Director, Rajat Jain.
Walt Disney officials did not offer any comment at the time of filing the story. However, sources close the development have confirmed that Subramaniam will join Disney soon.
In his new role he will look after all the Disney channels in India. Even at MTV, Subramaniam’s profile includes supervision of all MTV channels.
