NaiDunia Group of Publications has announced the appointment of Vinay Chhajlani as CEO of its Hindi daily ‘NaiDunia’. Prior to this elevation, Chhajlani was actively involved in the operations of NaiDunia for the last two years as Director.

Chhajlani has been actively involved in the operations of NaiDunia for the past two years as Director. He has been appointed CEO at a time when NaiDunia is aspiring to become the No. 1 publication of Central India.
Chhajlani believes that the greatest role of media is to deliver value-based journalism with the best usage of technology. With his vast experience in the field of online media and software development, Chhajlani dreams of reviving the past glory of NaiDunia through the convergence of print and online media. “NaiDunia, in literal sense, must translate into a ‘new world’ for its readers,” he said, commenting on the daily’s scope of acquiring new readers.
