Nick Pickles, X's Global Affairs Head, moves on

Pickles joined X in 2014 and held multiple roles at the company

X's Global Affairs Head Nick Pickles has decided to move on from the social media company. Pickles took to X on Thursday to announce his departure. In his post, he said he is quitting the company, formerly called Twitter, after a decade.

“After more than ten years, tomorrow will be my last day at X. It's been an incredible journey. The constant across my time at Twitter and X has been the amazing people I've worked with inside and outside the company. It's been a privilege to lead the global affairs team and I leave with more memories and lifelong friendships than I ever expected when I first walked into the London office back in 2014”, he said in a post on X.

Pickles joined X in May 2014. In his X post, he said he had decided to leave X several months ago and was working with the Chief Executive Linda Yaccarino through the transition.

As per his LinkedIn profile, Pickles had started as a Senior Public Policy Manager in May 2014 in London and was appointed the Vice President of Global Affairs for X in 2023 after serving in multiple roles.
