Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. has announced that Ashwani Gupta, Representative Executive Officer and COO, has elected to leave the company to pursue other opportunities, effective June 27.
Gupta will also retire from the board of directors at the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on June 27, 2023.
He has been Nissan’s COO since December 2019.
The new executive line-up will be announced on June 27, the company has said.
