Ogilvy’s Suresh Babu moves to Chennai office as Creative Head
Suresh Babu, Senior Creative Director, O&M, moves to Ogilvy Chennai as Head of Creative. Suresh is currently Creative Director, Ogilvy Mumbai.
There is another internal movement for Ogilvy India. Suresh Babu, Senior Creative Director, is headed to Ogilvy Chennai as Head of Creative. Babu is currently in the Mumbai office.
An official communiqué quoted: “This promotion comes at a time when Suresh feels that he has the lessons of a large office that can be brought to bear in a smaller office such as Chennai. His nine years of interaction with Piyush Pandey, National Creative Director and Executive Chairman, O&M, coupled with his ability to understand the local languages and his experience in a competitive market like Mumbai, will go a long way in strengthening his arm in the new position.”
Babu said, “I’m very excited about moving to Ogilvy Chennai.”
Babu joined Ogilvy in 1998 as an Associate Creative Director. Since then, he has worked on a variety of brands such as Cadbury, Asian Paints, Fanta, Sprite, Madhya Pradesh Tourism, Huggies and Just Dial, among others.
