Pavan Vaish

IBM has appointed Pavan Vaish as the new CEO of IBM Daksh. As co-founder of Daksh e-Services, Vaish has played a key role in growing Daksh from a start-up in 2000 to industry leadership position. The company employs more than 20,000 employees, a growth of more than 234 per cent since June 2004. Previously, he has served as COO of IBM Daksh, and had been the company’s acting CEO since June 2006. In his new role, Pavan will lead IBM Daksh’s movement towards becoming a global BPO player. He will provide strategic direction to ensure that the company’s successful business model attains scalability which will help IBM Daksh expand to new geographic territories.
