Pawan Agarwal re-appointed Deputy MD of DB Corp for 5 years
Paulomi Dhawan named Additional Director (Independent)
The board of directors of DB Corp in its 26th Annual General meeting re-appointed Pawan Agarwal as the Deputy Managing Director of the company for another term of five years, w.e.f July 31, 2023 to 30th July, 2028.
In the AGM, the board of directors also appointed Paulomi Dhawan as an Additional Director (Independent) of the Company with effect from July 28, 2022.
Furthermore, Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP, Chartered Accountants and M/s. Gupta Mittal & Co., Chartered Accountants have been re-appointed as Joint Statutory Auditors of the company for the second term of five consecutive years.
