Wadhawan Food Retail Pvt Ltd (WFRL) has announced the appointment of Rajan Bhalla as Chief Marketing Officer and Pradeep Chechani as Vice- President for Supply Chain. Both would be reporting to Ashok Bhasin, Managing Director, Wadhawan Food Retail. In his new role, Bhalla will be responsible for marketing for all brands and formats under the WFRL umbrella, including Spinach, Sabka Bazaar and Smart. He had earlier worked with McCann, Contract, Whirlpool, PepsiCo and HT Media Ltd. Chechani moves from RPG Group - Spencers Retail. He had earlier been associated with Pantaloon Retail, Steve & Barrys, USA, and Kamal Osman Jamjoom Est, Middle East.
