Purnendu Bose, COO, Hungama TV, resigns
Purnendu Bose, Chief Operating Officer, Hungama TV, has tendered his resignation which has been accepted with immediate effect. Further communication will be issued in the coming 30 to 60 days regarding the appointment of a new COO. Till then, the current divisions will be operating independently and will be overseen by UTV CEO Ronnie Screwvala.

As is known, after the programming chief of the channel, Shalini Rawla quit, all functions of the channel were under the supervision of Bose. At the time of filing the story, both Bose and Screwvala were not available for comment.
