Rajesh Dhiman has joined HCL Software as the Area Vice President for India & South Asia, marking a significant step in the company’s strategic emphasis on driving digital transformation across the region. In this role, Rajesh will lead the enterprise business in key sectors such as pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, and IT/ITES.
Rajesh brings a wealth of leadership experience from the technology sector, having held pivotal roles at ThoughtSpot, NetApp, and Dell EMC. At ThoughtSpot, he successfully launched and scaled operations across India and ASEAN, while at NetApp, he was instrumental in building the Global SI business from the ground up, significantly expanding into Fortune 500 accounts.
Recognized for his ability to build high-performing teams and achieve sustained business growth, Rajesh is a valuable asset as HCL Software deepens its presence in India’s rapidly evolving digital economy. In his new role, he will lead field engagement, go-to-market strategies, and customer relations across various verticals.
