After a nearly six-year-long stint with dentsu X, CEO Roopam Garg has decided to move on. As per reliable industry sources, Garg put down his papers in May and is expected to move on from the organisation around August.
exchange4media reached out to dentsu for comments but did not receive any reply until the filing of the story.
Garg is a media veteran with over two decades of experience in communication/media holding senior leadership roles spanning across five regions/markets India, MENA, China, Vietnam and London.
He served as the Chief Operating Officer at dentsu X till April 2021 and was then promoted as CEO. Prior to dentsu, Garg has worked in senior positions with GroupM, Publicis and Rediffusion.
