Saatchi & Saatchi appoints Sanjib Dey as Executive VP
Sanjib Dey is joining Saatchi & Saatchi as Executive VP. Prior to this appointment, he was Vice President at Lowe. He replaces Alok Lall at Saatchi & Saatchi who quit the agency two months ago.
Sanjib Dey, Vice President, Lowe, has resigned and is joining Saatchi & Saatchi as Executive Vice President. He will be reporting to V Shantakumar, Managing Director, Saatchi & Saatchi, and will be based in Delhi. He replaces Alok Lall who quit the agency two months ago. “I had no reasons to quit Lowe, except for the fact that there was a thriving opportunity in Saatchi & Saatchi,” said Dey
While at Lowe, Dey was managing the Consumer Appliances section of the LG account, as also Jawaharlal Nehru Urban Renewal Ministry. Dey earned a degree from MICA in 1994. During his career in advertising spanning 11 years, he has worked on brands such as Bharat Petroleum, Hyundai, Mother Dairy, Tata Tea, Panasonic, Sony Handycam, Revital, Aviva Life Insurance and PepFiz, among others.
